Q: Do I need an external dimmer or controller?

No, the dimmer is built into the light. Press the button to change colour modes (it also turns the light on and off), and press and hold to adjust brightness.

Q: Will it remember my setting?

Yes. When you switch it back on, it returns to the colour and brightness you last used.

Q: What colours does it have?

Three modes: white, warm white and amber. Warm white is the white and amber LEDs working together.

Q: Does amber mode reduce bugs?

Yes, amber light is less attractive to insects than white, so it’s ideal for summer nights at camp.

Q: Is it a spot or flood light?

Flood. The 120° beam spreads light wide and is best for work, camp and area lighting, not long-distance driving.

Q: Which size should I choose?

The 216mm suits tight spaces and smaller areas. The 366mm is about twice as bright, so it’s better for a full tailgate, canopy or awning.

Q: How bright is it?

The 216mm gives up to 919 lumens and the 366mm up to 1,714 lumens (mixed mode).

Q: Does it work on 24V?

Yes. It runs on 10-30V, so it suits both 12V and 24V vehicles.

Q: Are they waterproof?

Yes, they’re IP67 rated against dust and water, so they’re fine for rain, mud and washdowns. Avoid harsh detergents, which can damage the light.

Q: How do I mount them?

Bolt them on with the included side brackets. Mark the bracket positions first, then fit the light. The mounting hardware is included.

Q: What’s included?

The light with 500mm cable, a pair of Deutsch connectors, two side brackets and the mounting hardware.

1-Year Warranty

All 12 Volt / battery operated lights come with a 1-year warranty. Customers have up to 30 days from purchase to have their unit installed. The 1-year warranty period begins from the installation date, provided installation occurs within 30 days of purchase.

Example: Purchase date: January 1st, Installation date: January 15th = Warranty expires January 15th (1 year later).

If installation occurs after 30 days from purchase, warranty begins from purchase date.

Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping

If you order before 12:00pm AEST we aim to get your order out the same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the next business day. Please note that processing times may be extended during trade shows and peak periods.

Delivery Method: We use Australia Post as our primary shipping carrier.

Authority to Leave: If you select "Authority to Leave" at checkout, Polaris is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered.

Backordered Items:
When an item is on backorder, we'll do our best to provide you with an estimated timeframe.
Please be aware that international shipping and customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

As soon as we receive your backordered item, it becomes our top priority. We commit to dispatching your order within 1-2 business days of the stock arriving at our facility.

Refunds

14-Day Grace Period

We understand that sometimes products don't meet your expectations. Polaris offers a 14-day grace period for returns:

• Return items in original, unmodified condition within 14 days
• Refund covers cost of goods only (postage and handling charges are non-refundable)
• Items not in original condition incur a 15% restocking fee

14-30 Day Returns

Products returned between 14-30 days:

• Refund available with 15% restocking fee applied
• Items must be in original condition

After 30 Days

No refunds are processed for returns after 30 days from purchase.

IMPORTANT: Any goods returned in non-original condition will incur a 15% restocking fee, regardless of return timeframe.

Return Policy

If we cannot troubleshoot and solve your issue remotely through our support channels, you will need to send the item back to us for assessment. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
